Sade
To Return to The Studio in 2005 July
29, 2004 - Sade fans will have to wait a little longer
for a follow up to 2000's 'Lovers Rock.' Her guitarist
Stuart Mathewman says the singer doesn't plan to enter
the recording studio until at least next year. Mathewman
says the singer is a real "home girl" who
enjoys the simple life with family and friends. He
adds Sade is not in the business for fame but rather
her main motivator is art and that she only enters
the studio when she has something to sing about. Meanwhile,
Mathewman is not sitting around with his Sade bandmates
Andrew Hale, and Paul Denman are members of the band
Sweetback who have recently released their second
album 'Stage 2.'
