This CD includes Christmas classics such as "Jingle Bells," "Silent Night" and "Deck The Halls". The CD also features saxophonist Warren Hill. Jeff Golub Makes It To the Top
November 6, 2007 - Guitarist Jeff Golub can be happy. His track ""Ain't No Woman Like the One I've Got"(featuring the Scottish-born sax player Richard Elliot and drawn from his seventh CD "Grand Central") has reached the top spot of the Smooth Jazz R&R chart for the first time, replacing Rick Braun and Richard Elliot's "RnR," which remained number one for eight weeks. Richard Elliot again makes it to the top again, but this time with Golub, not only as a sax performer on the smooth jazz rendition of the famous Four Tops smash hit " Ain't No Woman (Like the One I've Got)", but also as a producer. Things also keep on rolling for Jeff Golub, who will be performing live next with keyboard player Jeff Lorber and sax man Warren Hill on the inaugural inaugural A Funky Little Christmas tour on November 24th in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. This concert will take place during the Holiday Jazz Festival on Thanksgiving Weekend. On the day before (November 23rd), there will be another constellation of smooth jazz stars for the 10 th Anniversary of Dave Koz Christmas tour, featuring sax man David Koz, singer Jonathan Butler, NBA star-turned successful guitarist Wayman Tisdale and the vocalist turned plus-size fashion model Kimberley Locke For more information: www.omegaevents.com

Smooth Jazz Goes Cruising Crazy
February 21, 2005 - Seems like everyone is cruising these days. Smooth Jazz Cruise pioneer Warren Hill has just completed his second sell out full charter while, almost at the same time, Bob James was sailing on a musical journey out of San Diego. Later in the year Rick Braun is leading a top-notch line up on a seven-day trip out of Galveston and Warren Hill's 2006 event is already proving to be a big early seller. Sandwiched among all this is the "Dave Koz & Friends At Sea" cruise that sails from San Diego on November 5 and is being managed by the same organization that made Hills last event such a success. Calling at destinations that include Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas and Peurto Vallarta, Koz has assembled a line up every bit as good as one would expect from this master of live Smooth Jazz. Artists already confirmed, and who performed on the Hill cruise, are Wayman Tisdale, Kirk Whalum, Jeff Golub, and Jonathan Butler. Joining them will be Marc Antoine, Patti Austin, David Benoit, Chris Botti, George Duke, Jeffrey Osborne and Praful. It's a line up that promises to produce seven days of high quality Smooth Jazz. - By Denis Poole

Jeff Golub Leaves GRP For Higher Octave
September 8, 2004 - It's Jeff Golub's turn to play musical chairs with the record labels - he's switching from GRP, the home of his last three albums to the Higher Octave label. Though the guitarist schedule is usually pretty busy having just wrapped up another tour stint with Rod Stewart and he's off to another bunch of shows with Guitars and Saxes this week, he promises the next album will be out in the spring of 2005. Golub will also be a guest on Warren Hill's Smooth Jazz cruise in January 2005. In June this year, Higher Octave and Narada merged their labels.
