Isn't he the guy the looks like he's been dead for 3 days? No, seriously he looks like he hasn’t eaten a good meal in months. He may look gaunt but he's sure been a busy bee - the Spanish singer is actually working on 3 albums to be released simultaneously at the end of the year. The projects are a new tropical album, a Spanish ballad album and an English-language pop album, that's the one with Joel. It will also feature Babyface. Maybe Anthony will get opportunities to eat on his “Together” tour starting on July 26 in Los Angeles. - By John Beaudin

"I'm not ruling out
the possibility of writing songs again,"
Joel explained to Billboard magazine. "I
suppose if I had the motivation to write a song,
I'm not gonna stop myself from doing it. I just
haven't felt the compulsion to write songs in
pop form. I guess these days I just think of
myself as a composer." Joel who had 33
Top 40 hits and released his last album "River
of Dreams" in 1993 will wrap up his current
tour next week (May 9th) in St. Paul, Minn.
"Look," Joe says, "I still love
rock'n'roll. I still love pop music. I haven't
divorced myself from the material I wrote before.
That's why I'm out here on the road playing
this stuff. I still believe in it." - Kari
