He is a project manager in an urban management center, after many years of overseas work in humanitarian aid and socio-economic development. Living close to the town of Montreux, famous for its Jazz Festival, he has often attended this amazing place, where the best jazz musicians have performed. He came to like smooth jazz thanks to amazing musicians such as the Brecker Brothers and David Sanborn, who played several times at Montreux Jazz Festival. In his spare time, Akbar hosted a radio show devoted to world music in a local radio station during 12 months. He is curious by nature and loves to find out about culture.

He has very eclectic tastes, writing for a French-speaking web site devoted to English football (or soccer, as you say it in North America) (www.footanglais365.com), reading a lot, travelling, raising his 2 years-old daughter and attending jazz concerts.

It was a genuine moment of grace and Miles played his best hits with the Gil Evans Orchestra and the George Gruntz Concert Jazz Band, directed by the multi-talented composer and musical productor, Sir Quincy Jones.

What I like in Smooth Jazz is that it gives you happiness and positive vibes. So if you are not well, instead of consuming medicines or other pain killers, the only recipe is to have a strong Smooth Jazz Therapy. Believe me, you will feel much better afterwards!
